Natural Trade Show Brighton, 2 & 3 March 2008

Integrative Health Solutions will be present at the Natural Trade Show in Brighton this year. The show will be held on 2 and 3 March 2008 at The Brighton Metropole Hotel.

Dr. Culp is a speaker at the event on Sunday, 2 March at 15:15 in the Main Lecture Theatre. Here is a short description of Dr. Culp's topic:

Stress: Can't Live With It, Can't Live Without It.

All chronic disease is the result of pathogenic influences that over time have overwhelmed your ability to maintain functional balance. The better you are able to deal with these "pathogenic influences", the better your health will be in the long run. Competent stress adaptation is the single most important functional element in promoting optimal health and healthy ageing .

This educational offering will focus on dietary changes, lifestyle habits and specific supplements shown to improve your adaptation to chronic stress, and therefore to improve your chances to live a long, healthy and happy life, until one day, a long time from now, you just wake up dead.
